DHA 28 - 28TH MEETING OF DYES IN HISTORY AND ARCHAEOLOGY, POZNAN, POLAND, 21-24 OCTOBER, 2009.

Dyes in History and Archaeology (DHA), an international group of experts with multi-disciplinary background, has met every year since 1982 to discuss chemical, analytical, biological, historical and technological aspects of natural and synthetic dyestuffs.DHA28

The 28th Meeting of Dyes in History and Archaeology, including a welcome reception, a gala dinner, an extra dinner and post conference visits to museums will take place from the 21st to 24thOctober 2009 in Poznan, Poland. The oral and poster sessions will be held at the Institute of Natural Fibres & Medicinal Plants, on the 22nd and 23rd October 2009.

The meeting will be jointly organised by the Institute of Natural Fibres & Medicinal Plants in Poznan, Poland. The organisers kindly invite you to attend the meeting and look forward to receive your contributions for the scientific sessions.

The abstracts will be published as pre-prints during the conference. After the conference, a publication of the presentations will be produced in the regular series of DHA publications. The language of the conference and the later publication is English.

The fee for the two-day conference (including the welcome reception, tea, coffee and lunches during the conference, an abstract book and post-conference visits to museums) is 140 EURO for registration before 1st June 2009 and 160 EURO thereafter. This meeting is limited to 230 participants and the registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. The full programme of the meeting will be sent by the beginning of September 2009 to all those who registered.
